This is our "get fit and look better than we did at 17 challenge". The point of this blog is to keep tabs on each other, to motivate ourselves and our friends, share tips, be held accountable for our choices, and of course, to reward ourselves with an amazing vacation where we can lounge around in our bathing suits looking sexier than a group of college coeds.

Mj....have you tried water aerobics?
I wondered since that's incredibly low impact if that might be a way for you to work out and not hurt your hip anymore.
